BRIAN FOSTER, PRESIDENT
As a partner in a family run land development firm, Brian Foster founded Sugar Creek Homes and has dedicated the last sixteen years focused on its growth. In addition to residential construction, land development and real estate, Brian has a background in finance from the Bauer School of Business, and holds the National Association of Home Builder’s Graduate Master Builder designation. Although he continues to develop other successful projects, Sugar Creek Homes and its growth are his primary focus.
