- Design
We will set up a onsite consultation, take measurements, and help you to design a concept of what your home will look like. If necessary we will then have those plans transferred into AutoCAD and finalized by a structural engineer.
- Select
Then we begin to specifically outline the selections, styles and building materials. We also have interior designers that can add helpful insights to the project.
- Schedule
Once we are aware of our selections that will give us an idea of product availability. We will then be able to give you a very accurate production schedule. We will provide you with a detailed time line in the form of a gant chart and a guarantee of on time and on budget delivery.
- Finalize
All bids will be back at this point, we will know time frames and scheduling and will give you the final contract price and create a payment schedule.
- Start
The fun begins. We obtain our permits setup our site and begin work. It all flows much more smoothly when we have taken the time to prepare up front.
