It has been such a pleasure to work with you throughout the building of our beautiful new home.
 
You gave us a finished date, and you were right on target.  You kept me up to date as to what was going to be done on a certain date and it was done.
 
The quality of your homes is superior. The craftsmanship is one of the best I have seen in a builder.  This was my third house to build, so I was a little bit more aware of what we wanted.  When I met with you and discussed the plans, you were always open to my suggestions.
 
Your office staff is very knowledgeable of what is going on with the building process.  Michael Wilkins is just a super young man that has a lot on the ball regarding building techniques.   Michael Wilkins is truly an asset to Sugar Creek Homes.  Brian and Danny Foster were also very enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend Sugar Creek to anyone that I know that is going to build a custom home or just buy a spec house.  I would also use Sugar Creek to build another home for me.

Building a home is a process. It starts with finding the right
builder. Having heard the many nightmarish stories from others who
obviously had not found the "right builder," my husband and I began
our search.

Which one to pick ... the one with the whitest teeth and biggest
smile, the one with the firmest handshake, or the one with the
prettiest pictures of possible dream homes? They all promised to
build us the best for the least money, the least hassle and in the
least time.

Over seven months later, we still were undecided and suffering from
major IBS ... Interviewing Builder Syndrome.
And then, the Foster brothers, whom we already had gotten to know from
the purchase of the land on which we were to build, added the home
building division to their development company. In the same instant
we heard Sugar Creek Homes had been born and learned we could have the
Fosters build our home, we knew we finally had the "right builders"
for our new home.

Our decision was not merely a leap of faith. We had already learned
of the Foster integrity and character. Now, we are within a handful
of weeks of being able to move in to our new home, a home even more
fabulous than we had dreamed. Do I still think we picked the "right
builder?" YES! I don't think, I know we did! Our home is not only
beautiful beyond my ability to describe, but uniquely an expression of
us. The Foster brothers of Sugar Creek Homes built our home with the
quality and care they would have given to building a home for
themselves or for a beloved family member.

There is no other builder who could or would have given us the quality
and beauty in our home. It is a home that will be noticed and admired
for many generations to come. If we were just beginning the process
of choosing a builder, we would pick them all over again and again.
There are no better builders. The Foster brothers and Sugar Creek
Homes give comfort and trust back to the process of home building.
They held our hand through each step of the way.

What advice could or would I give to anyone starting the homebuilding
process? Save yourself all the nightmares of custom home building you
have ever heard from others and pick the "right builder" ... the
Foster brothers of Sugar Creek Homes. Thankfully, we did!

When it came time for us to start looking for a new, larger home on a larger piece of property for our family, we had some very specific ideas about what we wanted in our next house and just couldn’t find those elements in the resale market  at any price point.  Having never built a custom home before,  we were a bit overwhelmed by the prospect of taking on such a commitment.  But when we found the property we loved and met with Sugar Creek to discuss the project,  they  took the time to listen to our ideas and concerns and take us through the process in a way that made us feel that a custom-built house was the right way to go and that Sugar Creek was the right builder to bring our ideas to life.  They helped us find an architect and a designer that shared our vision.  They introduced us to materials and building techniques and vendors who joined us in the process of making our dream a reality.  The process of building a custom home can be a pretty daunting exercise if you’re not working with a professional builder who is creative and flexible and experienced.  Sugar Creek brought all of those elements to our project and the end result is beyond anything we could have imagined.
